I found myself locked out of my house this evening when the door closed with the latch down. Felt very concerned about finding an emergency locksmith without personal recommendation as it is the perfect opportunity to be ripped off. I called this company and was given a competitive quote. They arrived within 20 minutes and quickly and professionally gained access, charging exactly what they had quoted. Provided a quote to replace the lock also but absolutely no pushy selling at all. Honest, professional people. Very impressed.

I had been having trouble with a jammed mechanism on my front door for weeks, and another company told me I needed a completely new door. I contacted Local 24/7 Locksmith for a second opinion. They knew exactly what the issue was just by looking at a photo I sent over WhatsApp! The locksmith came out to Solihull the same day, repaired the broken uPVC gearbox, and realigned the door perfectly so it stops catching. Fast, honest, and completely transparent pricing with no hidden call-out fees. If you need uPVC door and window repairs in the West Midlands, don’t look anywhere else.

PERFECT service! Lifesavers came so quick on a Sunday we had a young child with us so really appreciate how fast they came out especially on a Sunday! And for the guy to managed to get in through a high security door no damage to the door. Really nice officiant guy very friendly great service. Couldn’t recommend anymore! Plus they took card which was very convenient.

Highly recommend! They arrived in 20 minutes and te price that was offered on the phone was the price that I paid. They find the easiest method to get me back in my house. Thanks Adam

It was a bank holiday and they came quickly and got me inside my house. The prices were told to me before any work started and were very clear. Amazing service and very quick.

I had a great experience with Joseph. He arrived promptly and handled my damaged lock door with professionalism and care. What really stood out was his friendly and approachable manner — he made a stressful situation feel much easier to deal with. Joseph worked efficiently, explained what he was doing, and made sure everything was secure before leaving. His skill and positive attitude were truly appreciated. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing reliable and courteous service.

My mum locked herself out, Richie was with us within 1/2 hour and got the door open quickly, fantastic service, thank you.

I am extremely pleased with the service provided by Locksmith! I called them, and they answered immediately. The technician arrived very quickly, and once he got there, my experience became even more positive. He explained the issue I was facing in detail and did everything possible to resolve it correctly and efficiently. The value for money was excellent, and I have absolutely no regrets choosing their service. I highly recommend them! You can rely on many companies at any time of the day, but finding a level of quality like Locksmith’s is quite rare and I say this from personal experience.

Really happy with the service. He arrived on time, was easy to talk to and explained everything before replacing my door lock. The job was done quickly, the price was fair and everything works perfectly. Would definitely use him again.

The service was excellent as I was locked out of my home. One quick phone call and they arrived in 25 minutes as stated. I highly recommend them.
